It’s been 22 years. I wonder if Bono’s found what he’s looking for yet.
Blah. I hate my eczeeeeeema.
Attention people who do not follow @TomRK1089: count yourselves lucky you missed out on that epic battle.
And if you DM me then I’ll see it as an e-mail, so hey, there’s that.
I just cut down from 52 RSS feeds to 24. Wow. I am going to be rather poorly informed.
Which means that you, my loyal followers, will still get to see my sexy and mysterious userpic every couple of days.
Thinking of taking a break from Twitter again, as well as unsubscribing from a bunch of RSS feeds.
Here’s how I’m gonna play this. I’m giving Twitter a rest for a few weeks. I will still tweet when I do a video, a podcast, or a blog entry.
For info, go here http://bit.ly/Lz6h9 (SPOILERS!) Personally, I will be keeping a pirated copy of Day Five.
The incidental music in the DVD version of Torchwood: Children of Earth: Day Five has some differences from the broadcast version.
And I guess it’s not that big a deal, but it ever so slightly damages the dramatic tension in certain moments.
All right, I said I was taking a Twitter break, but this needs saying.
Anyhow, Twitter break begins now. Catch you all later.
And now I’m gone again. Bye.
Wow. Warehouse 13 is really ripping off Torchwood. A lot.
But under what circumstances is “let’s go to Paris, do some heroin, and fuck with the stars” not considered explicit?
I shredded that document because I was done with it and it contained confidential information on our alumni and I LIKE THE SHREDDER OKAY?!?!
Dr Pandora: I asked you not to play songs with explicit lyrics. You claimed to oblige. I thought we had a good relationship here.
Twitterverse: Can I forbid Pandora from playing songs with explicit lyrics?
Overslept. Again. One of those days…
I’ve been thinking about NaNoWriMo, and whether I’m going to do it again this year.
Specifically, the first episode of Torchwood. Mind you, that’s not a complaint, because W13 is a lot of fun so far. Just an observation.
The pilot of Warehouse 13 was very, very good. I will be keeping a close eye on this show.
I mean, I LOVE that song. I’m just not sure the 62-year-old lady I work for is a fan.
Today’s quite the day for scifi television DVD releases in North America. Torchwood s3, Dollhouse s1, and Life on Mars (UK) s1.
My long (and largely negative) post about Dollhouse will go up in a weekish. For now, a brief comment about Epitaph One. http://bit.ly/KXF1l
Personally, I’m more interested in Twitter for its original purpose. Guess I’m old fashioned.
There’s a good analysis of Twitter’s new homepage on @mashable. Check it out. http://bit.ly/36LzEi
Woah! Twitter has a new homepage! (sign out to see it).
Just came back from Harry Potter. What did I think? Well… you’ll have to wait until my video review tomorrow to find out!
I will not whine about my day job on Twitter. I will not whine about my day job on Twitter. I will not whine about my day job on Twitter.
grumble grumble grumble.
anyone else remember when Wikipedia used to have spoiler warnings? Those were the days.
Bought the first book of the Dresden files. Don’t know when I’ll get to it, but it’s now in the vague future.
You know, this SDCC was really rather disappointing for a Star Wars fan.
I mean, no news about the live action show, and no publishing announcements except the postponement of Blood Oath and the title of FotJ 6.
Speaking in terms of major announcements, I mean. Obviously I didn’t even go so I don’t know what sort of events there were.
Someone named “cheesewale4life” just subscribed to Videobloggery. Um. Ok.
… then it’s probably better that you give up early in the book before it starts throwing difficult concepts at you.
RT @TheCloisterRoom: Planet of the Dead liveblog this evening at 7:45 PM Eastern! Who’s joining me? Details: bit.ly/o38xu
The Doctor Who Panel at SDCC just screened a clip from the two-part 10th Doctor finale. Yikes.
That’s quite a title. @bbcamerica Just screened exclusive clip of Doctor Who The End of Time
Chris’s new videobloggery is up! http://tr.im/u9ic
Liveblog of BBC America’s airing of Planet of the Dead is beginning now. Please join us! http://www.tawm.net
WOOT! RT @sjcaustenite: http://bit.ly/AQtBJ New preview for “Waters of Mars”—for those of us outside the UK.
Just saw trailer for Alice in Wonderland. Thanks but no thanks.
Joss was betting that the show was ending and wanted to make sure his grand plan was somehow represented. Turns out it was unnecessary.
Catching up on Star Wars comics. I’ve missed quite a bit.
